How to take care of THERESHEIS.jewels*?

Your new jewellery is precious and delicate. It requires special care in order to preserve its lustre for as long as possible.
Jewellery pieces should be stored away in a jewellery box or pouch.
We recommend removing your jewellery when bathing, showering or swimming.
Please avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotions and other chemicals. Some of them may contain acidic ingredients that react with your pieces. 
Remove your jewellery before going to bed to avoid any accidents that may hurt you or cause damage to the pieces. 
Clean the jewellery with a special polishing cloth.

Delivery and processing time:

THERESHEIS.jewels* offers Free Standard delivery to all UK customers..

UK Standard delivery despatched within 1-3 working days,

International delivery despatched within 3 working days.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use the tracking link provided to follow your package’s journey.

Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please check:

  • The tracking information for updates.

  • If the package has been left with a neighbor or in a safe place.

How and what can I return?

We understand that decisions take time and if you’re not happy with your purchase it can be returned for an exchange or a refund providing it is unworn, in its original packaging with a proof of purchase within 14 days.

Refund of online purchases will be made via the original payment method and may take up to 7 days.

Please note that we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygienic reasons.

How will my order be packaged?

All items will be delivered in a THERESHEIS.jewels branded gift box, accompanied by a cotton pouch and elegantly wrapped in a gold foil bag—perfectly gift-ready.

For 9ct gold orders, we include a Certificate of Authenticity, ensuring the quality and value of your special piece.

Our packaging is thoughtfully designed to be eco-friendly because we believe in doing our part to be kinder to the planet.
